- Assessment inputs: CV/resume content, job descriptions you submit for analysis
- Voice recordings: audio submitted for the Cultural Fit Assessment (processed and not permanently stored)
- Usage data: assessment history, subscription status, login activity
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Screening information: location, work rights status, industry, and relocation intent collected at registration
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our AI assessment services
- Process your subscription and payments
- Send weekly email digests (where opted in)
- Improve the accuracy of our AI models
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your CV or job description data to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in Australia and the United States (Railway infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
5. Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API): AI assessment engine
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Railway: hosting and database infrastructure
- Google / LinkedIn: optional OAuth sign-in
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
