By creating an account or using ANZHire.au, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ANZHire.au is operated by C9Lab AI Pty Ltd (ABN: 53 523 049 155), trading as ANZHire.au.
2. The Service
ANZHire.au provides AI-powered candidate intelligence services including:
- JD vs CV gap analysis
- Cultural fit voice assessment
- Interview deep dive preparation
Our services provide intelligence and insights to assist your job search. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or job offers. Results are AI-generated and should be used as one input among many in your job search strategy.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Free tier: 1 JD vs CV analysis per month. No credit card required.
Pro ($59/month or $456/year): up to 5 analyses per month across all three services.
Pro+ ($79/month or $612/year): unlimited analyses across all three services.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI models or outputs
- Share account credentials with others
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
5. Intellectual Property
The ANZHire.au platform, brand, and AI models are owned by C9Lab AI Pty Ltd. Assessment reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ANZHire.au and C9Lab AI Pty Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
